You will need a 7 iron, balls and tees. Take another club with you as an alignment tool that will help you aim your body square to the target line.
Tee up three balls in a row and on every shot check your grip, address position, alignment and ball position. For these shots stand with your feet about 1 foot apart.
You should have put in several hours in front of a mirror experimenting with your golf swing. Are you in the correct positions? Check your body angles and also that your hinge is working correctly.
Try a few shots!
Can you feel the arms rotating?
Is your body moving correctly?
Go through the lessons and build up your 1/2 swing correctly. I very strongly recommend using a video camera so that you can assess your golf swing. If you can do this filming, compare your swing to the photos and video in the lessons. If you spot any errors then you can start to correct them by working on these exercises.
